A $125.00 retainer fee is required in order to secure your portrait session.
Sessions and weddings over 10 miles from our home are charged at $0.58 per mile after the first 10 miles round trip. In addition, travel over an hour from our home is calculated at $40.00 per hour after the first hour.
Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) before we set up your gallery preview for portrait sessions. Proofing is viewed on-line only with access to your very own private gallery.
Yes:) I will choose 1-2 images that will be posted on social media at my discretion. This is not to serve as a proofing gallery, it is to allow me to show my work & style to future clients. You will see all your images when your proofing gallery is e-mailed to you.
Yes:) We are located in a beautiful 12 story building in downtown Victoria, Texas. The address is 101 W. Goodwin Avenue, Victoria, Texas. We are on the 11th floor in suite 1104, with approximately 1400 comfy square feet to utilize for your session. Our studio is used for sessions only AND by appointment only (no walk ins welcome).
Yes you can, and we strongly encourage it:) Though local printers are great for printing your personal photos, we do not recommend doing this on a professional level. In todays society, everyone has pictures but no one prints them. A quote from the movie Kodachrome sums it up pretty good...
"People are taking more and more pictures these days, billions of them. But there are no prints. They are just data, electronic dust. Years from now, when they dig us up, there won't be any pictures to find, no record of who we were or how we lived."
Orders are placed every Friday and take about 7-14 business days for delivery. All orders are paid in advance with an electronic invoice which is sent to you prior to ordering. If you do not want to use electronic invoicing, you will need to bring a check when your order is ready for pick up.
Weekends are very busy so we do not schedule weekend sessions. If we absolutely have to do a weekend shoot there is an additional cost of $100.00. Same applies to Holidays. Weekend sessions can only be done if we have availability.
Typically 3-4 weeks. If you haven’t chosen your images and prints by the expiration date there is a $50.00 re-activation gallery fee. If you never contact our office to request a re-activation, you will not receive your prints or images. Please do not wait until the last minute to process your gallery, as you may have questions and I may not be available to answer your questions on the last day of your gallery. Please process your gallery as soon as possible.

Yes, I have a wide variety of wraps in every color, along with newborn outfits and props. Please feel free to bring any items that you may want to use that represents a hobby, favorite sports team, family heirlooms, career (fireman, police officer...etc).

We think it is very important that you get to know us since we will be spending a lot of time with you on one of the most important days of your lives. So the first step is to set up a consultation with us so you can view our work in person and for us to learn all the details about your beautiful wedding day.
To set up a consultation with us you must already have your date set and wedding/reception location booked. We prefer to photograph church weddings and hall/venue receptions (venue only locations will be selected at our discretion).
No, we do not split up wedding packages...by photographing wedding only...or just engagements and bridals. If you book a wedding package with us, engagement and bridal sessions are complimentary in order for you and your fiancé to become acquainted with us and the way we photograph and give direction. This ensures for a better flow on your wedding day:)
The only circumstance that we will photograph engagements and bridals without photographing the wedding is if we are already booked for your wedding day.
Usually 4-8 weeks. Why so long? Well there are several steps to proofing a wedding. If you hired an awesome photographer, they will review each image (between 1000-3000 images) with a fine tooth comb. This takes a lot of time...about 40-50 hours to be exact. I strive to have a sneak peek with a beautiful blog post when you arrive back home from your honeymoon:) Beautiful things take time to create:)
